How do you actually fire off a super payment direct debit?

Hello,

So this is my first time doing it and i've watch this help doco:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49MuKBLusz4

It shows how to set it up, but how do you actually do an actual payment covering the quarterly period. Is it automatic info taken from my previous pay runs in that period?

The create payment just lets you record a past transaction on the bank account i'm guessing as it has fields like payment date. How do you actually get myob to direct debit the amount from my business bank account and send off to the clearing house?

EDIT: Ok, so I read you have to create some contribution file. But the docs don't match my menu's. I'm using MYOB Business. Is that the problem? The docs say select "Pay superannuation" from payroll menu, but all i see is "Super payments" in the payroll menu.
