Inactive Super Fund

HI , I'm getting the "CANT PAY DUE TO INACTIVE SUPER FUND" message, but it does not indicate which fund needs adjustment or deletion.

Is there a work-around for this, as going through 31 different superfunds manually in this day and age is ridiculous.

    Hi spidermonkey,

    This could be happening if your super fund is inactive, or if the ABN you’re using for super payments isn’t valid anymore. If you’re still stuck, the easiest way to sort it is to get in touch with our support team, they can check things out and help straighten it out for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
