Is anyone else having a nervous breakdown when they do wages every single week!!!!!!! MYOB Team sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

This is seriously every single week. It takes me forever to do the wages. We've been working with MYOB for 20 years and honestly somethings gotta happen to streamline. My invoicing suddenly won't allow me to change the date by selecting the arrow and changing the date. I have to manually change the date which is annoying and every single week the MYOB Team plays up. The timesheets are either missing or halfway through approving it jumps to another week and then I've got to log out log in again then it wont load........

 

Seriously I've been struggling since 6pm to get the wages done, it usually takes me 15 mins its now been over 45 mins. not happy

    Thank you for being a loyal MYOB user for the past 20 years! We appreciate your long-term support. We haven't received any recent reports of system issues slowing down the processing of wages. To help with your current experience, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and double-check your internet connection as it might affect processing times. For the invoicing date issue and timesheet jumps, these could also be related to your browser. If the problem persists, just reach out to our team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount for further help.

    Hi Colla,

    Yes I have also had issues with the online system, if your trying to process more than 15 employees I find things can go wrong, I get this error where the STP fails so I usually take off the employees and process 2 payruns and then it works.
