Annual Leave - 6 weeks accrued

Hi I have a client who has an employee who works 32 hours per week.

 

She is entitled to 6 weeks annual leave.

 

Can you please advise how i would set this up in payroll to accrue te 6 week leave based on 32 hours per week?

    Hi

     

    I would set up a separate Annual Leave entitlement category, where the calculation basis is set to equal 11.5385% of gross hours (or whichever % is appropriate for you). This entitlement category will function for pro-rate/part time employees as well as full time employees.
