Solved

My employees would like to access their payroll information. They do not fill out time sheets as all of the employees are on salary. How can I get them access?

  • Hi JulieDMcGill,

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your query. Currently, there isn't a specific feature or application designed for employees to access their payroll information, as this is primarily intended for the employer's view. However, there is an alternative solution. You can grant your employees access to their payroll information by adding them as file users in MYOB and carefully configuring their roles and permissions. This method allows them to view their payroll details while limiting their access to other confidential information in the file. To do this, you can add them as a file user, select "payroll" from the roles and permissions, and choose the "read only" access level. For a more detailed guide on how to set this up, please refer to the Help article titled: Manage users.

Please let me know if you need further help.
