MYOB Business Payroll Allocation to Jobs (NZ)

Hi, MYOB have recently migrated my data from AccountRight to MYOB Business and our Payroll data from ACE Payroll into MYOB Business Payroll. I have not been able to get them to help me with the  process to set up job allocations in pay items. I cannot find out how to do this online and it does not show up in pay item setup or pay run setup. Can anyone help me please since MYOB seem unwilling to do so? Thanks Robyn, North Shore CMA (NZ)

    Hi NSCMA,

     

    It sounds like setting up job allocations in pay items has been particularly challenging, especially without clear guidance. Since allocating jobs to pay runs isn't an option right now, what I'll be doing is relaying this to the correct team for consideration. Also, you can post to our MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board for future consideration as well as for other users who can vote that need the feature to allocate jobs in pay runs.   • Thanks Doreen. Appreciate the reply. I have spent 2.5 hours on the phone (mostly put on hold repeatedly) in the last 24 hours and 7 agents have all failed to be able to answer my query, none of them telling me what you have explained and the only one who might have been able to help managed to cut me off and never called back! Appreciate the information thanks, saves me wasting more time trying to get MYOB to actually help!
