No super acc member number provided
I had a short-term employee who didn't provide a super account member number, I have contacted him several times but he still hasn't provided a number.
I need to make a Super Payment, what do I need to do?

I get it—it's frustrating not having the super account member number despite trying to contact the short-term employee multiple times. Since the member number is not visible on our end, I highly recommend reaching out to the super fund itself to ask for the member number.
