Not able to apply for leave

hello !!

i have been using Myob team as an employee for a company i am working currently and i am having problems to apply for leaves , as it is not giving me options in the run down menue for reason for leave and it is blank 

after filling my dates in and the resonf for the leave written in the typing field 

the submit button doesnt work

kindly help

    Hi amudholkar,

     

    Thanks for the heads-up! If your employees can’t send leave in the MYOB Team app, please check their card file to make sure the leave type they’re trying to use is linked to their card and they’re entitled to it. Once that’s confirmed, ask them to uninstall, then reinstall the app and try again! It usually fixes the blank dropdown and the submit button not responding. You can check this article about using MYOB Team app for the guide. If it’s still not allowing you to submit, give our team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account. We’ll help you sort it out.
