One of my employee's payslips is all of a sudden undeliverable.

One of my employee's payslips is all of a sudden undeliverable - they used to go through okay but now they bounce.  Her email address is correct - I hve deleted and reentered it but still no good.  I know the email is okay because I am sending an receiving emails from that email address.  Please help! It is driving me nut

    Sorry to hear about the email bounce back. I understand how important it is that emails get sent, especially pay slips. There are a lot of possible reasons why an email gets undelivered, but regardless of the reason after the email failed to be delivered, you should receive an email within 10 hours of the failed email regarding why the pay slip has failed to be sent. I would suggest checking the email address associated with the account for any information regarding the undelivered email.
