Pay Run not updated

I ran a pay run Sunday May 17th, all seemed normal.  STP reporting is accepted and Super payment is in processing status but there is no other payroll data visible, no past pay runs showing or data flow to the P&L or balance sheet except for the superannuation payments which are showing in the super clearing accounts.

 

An ideas as to how this can happen?

    Hi Mike_59,

     

    That definitely doesn’t sound right. If the STP report has been accepted and the super payment is showing as processing, but the pay runs and payroll figures aren’t appearing elsewhere, one thing to double check is the linked accounts in your payroll settings, as well as any report filters/date ranges on the Pay runs list, P&L, and Balance Sheet. If everything there looks correct and it’s still happening, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can take a closer look with you.

    thanks for you feedback Sai, I did submit a case number 03093514 on Monday. The dates all appear fine for what I can see, but their is no past pay run to review, super and STP dates are within May , a deduction for Super payment is showing in the cash account in the balance sheet but there are no other entries.

    Hi Sai, I submitted a case via my account 19 days and have not had any feedback.  Any suggestions?
