This is in MYOB Business. Tried yesterday and today. Have cleared internet searches. Just keeps going around and around.

First off, hats off to you for clearing your cache. Great to see you tackling this head-on. The good news is that there haven't been any reported issues with processing pay runs. I've ran a test on my side to check, it worked out perfectly without any hiccups. Since clearing the cache didn't fix it, the next best step is to ensure your internet connection is solid-rock. If that doesn't do the trick, you can use a different device or computer and see if it'll work. Also, you can reach our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, they can check to see what's going on behind the scenes.
