Pay Runs not working

Hi, I have tried all day to do a pay run for my employees. I have cleared history, cleared cache, tried on a macbook and a PC separately. Have logged in and out constantly. MYOB itself is working for me, but pay runs is not, it is continuously in a loop saying loading. Any ideas how to fix this or when it will be up and running again? I need to pay my employees. Thanks 

  • Hi bbscleantidy - thanks for your question, and sorry to hear you're having trouble with pay runs.

     

    There are no known issues that would be causing that, so if it's still happening I'd suggest you reach out to MOCA, MYOB's virtual assistant, at myob.com/support for deeper assistance.

     

    If MOCA can't resolve the issue, the live chat team is available to provide further help.

  • Were you able to fix the problem? I also can’t access my pay run for completion.

    Hi there upsta

     

    Did you receive any error messages while processing pays? If you can attach a screenshot of the error, that would be great. Just make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum. You can also use a different browser or device then process the pay run.
