Pay Super - Can't get support
Good evening,
On the 6th May I submitted a Support Request regarding an issue with Pay Super. In short - It won't let me process anyone's super through Pay Super - saying that one or more of the accounts are invalid. I have checked all the Super Funds, they are correct. I have tried to submit one at a time and still no luck in processing it. I suspect it has something to do with our ABN changing.
I received contact on the 21st May from Support Team (after going through the Community Chat to get action) at around 10:20am asking for some further information. I operate MYOB as a volunteer and have my own job, so couldn't respond until that evening. I received another update on my support request at 6:20pm advising that since I hadn't responded that my request had been closed. Therefore I had to submit another request - which has now not been responded to.
In my new request I have submitted all the information that they requested the first time. I am hoping to get some action on this asap since June is fast approaching.
I also note - a request put in by our Primary Contact on the 13/05/2026 also has not been responded to. I am anxious to get this sorted - can someone please respond to my request.
