Pay Super Issue

Question

I went to do my normal pay super for the quarter ended 31/03/2026 but am getting an error message to say "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments" We are a small business using MYOB Business so there are only 5 employees. I have checked all the super funds and they are all active???? I am not sure what my next step should be. I tried to call MYOB but gave up after the 7th attempt when it wouldn't recognise my keypad choices.

That's definitely a tricky one, especially when everything looks spot on your end. We've actually seen this pop up for a few other users too, and there's a handy post that walks through what's usually causing it and how to sort it out. Hi SaiThanks for your help.&nbsp; I did get around this by individually, by super fund, process the payments separately until i found the culprit.&nbsp; Just strange that the super details all of a sudden, dropped off some details???
