Pay Super

i get this all the time even though i am the authorised person.

 

Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues while trying to authorize super payments. Generally, when a user receives this message, it is because they do not have the permission to either create or authorize super payments. In your case, if you're the Pay Super administrator or authorizer and keep getting this error, I would first try clearing your browser cache and attempting this again. However, to help you address this issue as quickly as possible, I'll send you a private message so I can gather more details about your concern and investigate further on our end. Please check your messages by going to your Community forum profile display picture at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then selecting the envelope icon. We'll continue to discuss this through that channel.
