I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues while trying to authorize super payments. Generally, when a user receives this message, it is because they do not have the permission to either create or authorize super payments. In your case, if you're the Pay Super administrator or authorizer and keep getting this error, I would first try clearing your browser cache and attempting this again. Please check your messages by going to your Community forum profile display picture at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then selecting the envelope icon.
