Trying to updated pay items with the pay rise amounts.

Keep getting this message

Have also tried to elimate old employees from the item, but still receiving same messages

    Hi Leo4

Sadly no response from MYOB, so still don't know.

In order to do payroll I had to create all new pay items and archive the old ones by putting a Z in front of each one, as you can't delete any item that has history attached to it.

    Hi Leo4 and CCBell

Thank you for your posts. Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Apologies for the delay in responding. This error can show if you have an employee who was terminated and then rehired, you will need to remove the termination date on your employee's profile under Employee Details and under the Employee Termination Tab in STP Reporting Centre. If you're still receiving this error, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

Please let me know if you have further enquiries and I'll be happy to help.

    HI Chris,

To avoid this the best solution is to create a new pay item as CCBell did.

    Thanks

    Hi ChrisD1980,

Thank you for posting. If the resolution above did not work, you may try CCBell's suggestion. If you're still encountering the same error, please let me know by replying to this post or through a private message. I will be happy to investigate it further.
