Payroll

 Hi there,

 

I've been trying to record payroll but I keep getting the error message as application operation has timed out. Inspite of trying multiple times since yesterday I haven't been successful in lodging STP. Also, tried the online version and I got a differnt error message as ""unable to add jobs because the total allocated is more than the pay item amount.

 

Could you please assist me with this?

    Hi Tammy369,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    The error message you're encountering typically shows up when you're modifying a previously saved pay run. Our suggestion would be to discard the saved pay run and start the process anew. If the issue persists even after discarding the saved pay run and creating a new one, you can process it in smaller batches to avoid timeout issues. Lastly, ensure if using the desktop application you apply the timeout extender.
