Payslip pdf failure

My employees don’t get email payslip

    There are many possible causes for email sending failures. It could be due to an incorrect or blacklisted email address, internet connection issues, or a failure in the emailing app. I recommend checking these possibilities. If you're sending your emails through the AccountRight software, you should see an error message or bounceback log in the software's emailing window, which you can explore to identify the cause.

     

    If you still have difficulties after troubleshooting, I recommend reaching out to the support team by creating a ticket from the MyAccount window or using the live chat through MOCA.
