Payslips not downloading

I am receiving the attached error message when printing payslips can you please advise how we can access them?

    I’ve further checked your account on our back end, it seems that you have complete access to payroll, and there should be no restrictions on downloading pay slips. To address the issue, I suggest clearing your browser cache and cookies, as these can occasionally lead to unexpected errors. After clearing them, kindly try downloading the pay slips again.

     

    Additionally, I've made some adjustments to your account that might assist in resolving the error message. If the error persists, please do not hesitate to reach out. I'm here and more than willing to help.

    I regret to learn that the challenge of downloading pay slips persists. I've initiated some fixed scripts to aid in resolving this issue. I kindly suggest that you clear your browser cache, then log out and log back into your account before attempting to download the pay slip again.

     

    If the problem persists, could you please provide more details about when the error message appears? Is it visible when you're viewing the pay slip or after you click the download button? It would be helpful if you could share the steps you'd taken prior to receiving the error message. If possible, please ask other users of the file to test if they can download the pay slip. This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your user access.
