Payslips not emailing nor opening
Hi All,
My staff payslips are not emailing nor opening. When I contacted support, they blame our logo. BUT I don't have the logo in MYOB.
The support keeps circling back to blaming the logo and they are not giving me an answer. They have referred it up to someone more senior, who blamed our logo. I am in breach of the Fairwork Australia rules.
My questions are:
1/ does anyone have a solution?
2/ does anyone know how to motivate MYOB to fix the issue?
