    HI DTPL

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

Since you already process the pay runs for your employees and to double check if it has been sent to ATO, kindly check it by going to Payroll > Single Touch Payroll reporting > Under the Status column, check if the pay runs have the status of Accepted or Not sent. If it says Not sent, please click on the Not sent and make sure to send it to the ATO. Also, you can check the pay items that you have used for those pay runs and make sure that they do have an ATO Reporting Category. The Help Article Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll will provide you with all the available information including how to assign an ATO reporting categories for each tab. Please let me know how it goes.

If my response has answered your enquiry please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information.

    Hi DTPL

    Thanks for this.

If the pay runs are showing an incorrect and it is already accepted by the ATO, you can reverse those pay runs so that you will have a correct figures on your report. To do this, The Help Article Fixing a pay will provide you the steps on how you can reverse a pay. Also, may I know on what report does it shows an incorrect figures?

    Best regards,

    Doreen
