We are sorry for not being able to respond right away.
Since you were able to send an update event to ensure all the figures are up to date, current financial figures have not. You can also process a pay run with the date of the current payroll year, make sure there is no figure entered in each category and include all employees who are using the payroll category. This is to ensure that your figures are current if sending an update event did not work for you.
