Super Error

Hello. 

I am trying to make a super payment and one employee keeps coming up with an error - An unrecognised error occurred - Super Service Line Validation.  I have checked their super number is correct and we have other employees that use the same Super company and they work.  Please help.  Thank you.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    From what I understand, the error message you're encountering can likely be resolved by ensuring that the country setting on the employee card is set to AUS. I suggest taking a look at this thread, where someone had a similar issue. If you're still facing the problem, you might consider creating a new fund and linking your existing employee to the new fund instead of the old one.
