Super

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to create a super batch, it keeps coming up with this

I am authorised to do payroll in user access. I have logged in Mutiple times but still same error.

 

Also, the last super batch i did still has processing on it as status. The money has been taken out on the 10/04/2024.

 

Any ideas on how to fix either?

    Hi there DannielleCook

     

    In addition to that, you can also check the following:

     

    • You can check with other Pay Super Admin users and see if they're also getting similar error.
    • Check in Payroll Settings > Superannuation Funds if there are any duplicates and remove them and link correctly to all employees. Clear cookies and cache and re-login and try.
    • If still issue, then unlink the superannuation funds to an employee, delete the super fund and re-enter it and relink to the employee card which will refresh the super funds if it had any changes recently. Try for one employee first and process SUPER only for that employee and check if its working then do for rest of employees
