Terminated Full Time Employee returning under 12 months - Entitlements

Question

Hi, a fulltime employee who left in October 2023 &amp; was paid out holiday leave entitlements is returning next week. When I removed their termination date their leave balance from October 2023 returned to their leave balances.&nbsp; How is this fixed please?
