Terminating casual employee

Question

Hello, we work on fortnightly pay cycles. Have a casual employee who was let go towards the end of the pay cycle. Normally, I would follow the prompts for a final pay. However, this employee called in sick for her shifts during the pay cycle, so she actually didn't work at all this cycle. Can I terminate the employee in MYOB? No entitlements owing either. Hope that makes sense!

Yes, just go into the employee and put in a termination date they will then not appear in the list of employees for the pay run.&nbsp; If you want you can go into STP also and put in her termination date there - or I do that at the end of the payroll year.
