Trouble with Super fund payment --- Future Super

Hi there,

 

I've been having trouble processing employee's super payment to FUTURE SUPER. 

 

I have double checked employee's detail and fund detail in MYOB Essential but still the problem exists. Please find the following info for more detail:

 

Fund name: Future Super

ABN: 45 960 194 277

USI: 45 960 194 277 010

    Thanks for your post. Looking at our records I can see that this super fund is active on our MYOB Superfund list, it potentially could be a corruption in that superfund set up. Can you please do the following:

    1.  Create a New SMSF in: Select your business name on the top right hand corner of the window > Payroll settings > Superannuation funds tab

    2. You will get a warning about the name existing, just add a number or letter to the end of the name.

    3. Assigned this new Super Fund to the Employee Card: Payroll > Employees > Select employee > Payroll details > Superannuation tab 

    4. Try to process PaySuper again.

    Note: When processing PaySuper, the SMSF list is only used at the time of processing pay super.

    The Super amounts themselves are already calculated by the pays using the super payroll category.
