Thanks for your post. Looking at our records I can see that this super fund is active on our MYOB Superfund list, it potentially could be a corruption in that superfund set up. Can you please do the following:

Create a New SMSF in: Select your business name on the top right hand corner of the window > Payroll settings > Superannuation funds tab

You will get a warning about the name existing, just add a number or letter to the end of the name.

Assigned this new Super Fund to the Employee Card: Payroll > Employees > Select employee > Payroll details > Superannuation tab

Try to process PaySuper again.
Note: When processing PaySuper, the SMSF list is only used at the time of processing pay super.
The Super amounts themselves are already calculated by the pays using the super payroll category.
