update employee's information after paid super

Hi 

 

We already processed the super for last quarter, but one of our employee came back to us and said he can't receive his super cause we accidently make mistack when filling his first name and last name in MYOB. How can we update the previous record for it?

  • The payment should bounce back from the super fund and then you can fix the error and resend

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    The super amount should be returned to you via the superfund for being wrong, once that happens you will need to correct the details in the employee card.

    Then you will be able to follow this Help Article on how to process the returned super amount.
