Weekly pays appearing in pay run details

I pay my employees monthly and since the new MYOB update there are weekly payruns appearing automatically in the pay run with $0 against them. I havent entered them.  How do I delete these and stop them from occurring again?

    Thanks for your post. Can you please provide a screenshot on how this payrun is appearing so I can take a look into this for you.

    Hi Melisa,

    Through the help files I reversed the pays as shown and haven't seen it appear again as yet.

    Hi sueoptom,

     

    Thanks for the screenshot. Can you please go to the STP Reporting centre, click on a report for one of the $0.00 pays and please check to see if the event type is update event.

    yes they are all update event.

    Hi sueoptom

     

    If they are update events, this is normal to show as $0.00. An update event is where you send your employees latest year to date payroll totals to the ATO. This ensures your payroll totals in MYOB sync with the figures held by the ATO.

     

    These reports should be left as they are.
