Customer Sales Report no loading

My customer sales report isn't loading any data.  I'm not sure how long this has been the case as have only now needed to generate the report for auditing purposes today.   

Here is a screen shot

 

I have tried a different browser, but still get this error.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Upon replicating the issue you're experiencing. we did not receive any issue and we're able to generate the report with transactions in it. With that, it is recommend to clear your browser cache or use a different web browser. Please let us know how it goes on your end.
