Hey JunP,
You're right, when exporting reports like the Profit & Loss to Excel, the exported totals come through as static values, not formulas. There's isn't a built-in option to export with Excel formulas included. Instead, you can manually add formula in Excel after exporting if you need calculations. It's a bit of extra work, but it gives you full control over how the data is calculated or presented.
Cheers,
Doreen

Hi Doreen,
Thanks for reply.
What if I export it in desktop version, is it the same?

Hi JunP,
If you export the P&L report using the desktop version, the result will be the same as with the Cloud version, formulas are not included in the exported file. However, once the file is in Excel, you can manually add formulas.
Regards,
Earl
