Producing Unpaid Detail reports for a previous date

I am trying to get in contact with someone at MYOB 

I sat on hold for an hour yesterday with no one answering call, rang 3 times this morning all times getting a message saying there has been an error and line disconnecting ????

 

I am wanting to find out why last year I was able to produce "Unpaid Invoices Detail Report" and " Unpaid Bills deatil report" as at 30th June 2021 but am unable to get these same reports for 30 June 2022 ???

 

Do these reports no longer exist or are they called something different?

I require ageing reports.

    Hi MDM 

     

    Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our phone-based team. Both the Unpaid Invoices Report and the Unpaid Bills reports are available to be filtered for different financial years.

     

    To find them go to; Reporting > Reports > Open the relevant report to run it > Select the date under Date range > Refresh.

     

    If you are still unable to get the report, can you reply with a screenshot of the message you receive when you attempt to run the report so I can have a look into that for you?
