Unpaid Bills Report - failed to load

Since last week, I have been unable to open the unpaid bills report on one of the businesses I am working with. Failed to load the report is the message that keeps popping up. I can load all other reports in this business and the same unpaid bills report in other businesses.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in producing the report in your file. There are a lot of possible reasons why this error message appears. I recommend trying to run the report in a shorter date range. You can also export your chart of accounts and re-import it to refresh how the accounts are laid out. 

     

    If none of these two fixes work, let us know and we'll help further.

  • I am not the creator of the MYOB files so I am unable to export the chart of accounts. I can't try running the report in a shorter time frame because the page for the report doesn't even load.
