Hi JenniferMorris - you're on the right track, but depending on how much information is in your T&Cs, it might not fit into a text box.
Your only other option is as you mentioned - attaching a separate document to your emails.

We've recently introduced the ability to toggle on/off a separate field for Terms & Conditions which will appear on the second page of the document. More information and instructions can be found on this page!
I was wondering if anything had been updated so that I could add T&Cs to our sales quote as part of the quote template - and not the invoice.
Any help for we are using accountright (in the MYOB Advanced it is so much easier)

You'll be able to add terms and conditions to your quote templates from the browser version of AccountRight. You'll be able to set this up in your sales settings, detailed instructions can be found on this page. You'll be able to select what type of sales document you're creating the template for on the top right of the PDF preview.
