Adding a full page of Terms & Conditions to the end of a Sales Invoice Template

Is it possible to include (a full page of) the Terms & Conditions in a Sales invoice template ?

 

Rather than attach the Terms & Conditions as an attachment to each Sales invoice separately, we would like to be able to email Sales Invoices knowing that the Terms & Conditions are included in the Sales Invoice Template. So far I have unsuccessfully tried to add a Text Field at the bottom of a Sales Invoice Template in the hope that I could copy and paste our Terms & Conditions from a Word document.

  • Hi JenniferMorris - you're on the right track, but depending on how much information is in your T&Cs, it might not fit into a text box.

     

    Your only other option is as you mentioned - attaching a separate document to your emails.

    We've recently introduced the ability to toggle on/off a separate field for Terms & Conditions which will appear on the second page of the document. More information and instructions can be found on this page!

  • I was wondering if anything had been updated so that I could add T&Cs to our sales quote as part of the quote template - and not the invoice.

    Any help for we are using accountright (in the MYOB Advanced it is so much easier)
