Adding a Terms and Conditions Doc to an Invoice

Hi. I have Business Lite and would like to know how I can attach a Terms and Conditions doc to the invoices I create.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. You can attach a document to the invoices when they are emailed. 

     

    To do this; open an invoice > Email invoice > Browse for files > attach the additional document then send.

    We've recently introduced the ability to toggle on/off a separate field for Terms & Conditions which will appear on the second page of the document. More information and instructions can be found on this page!

      Hi Amanda,

      This is exactly what I've been looking to try to do.  I've followed your instructions, but can't find where you can toggle on/off a separate field for Terms & Conditions.  I have MYOB AccountRight - does this option exist for AccountRight?

        Hi Dee-12,

         

        Having a spot for Terms & Conditions on your invoices is a game-changer for keeping things in order. While AccountRight on the desktop is great, it doesn’t have the option to toggle a dedicated field for Terms & Conditions. You can only do this on the browser version of your AccountRight.

    While I usually use the desktop version I have been looking on the browser version for this option and haven't been able to find it. 

    If I can work out how to do it on the browser version and set it up will it then automatically be available on the desktop version?

    I have been looking in the Business Settings - Business Details.  Is this correct?

      Hi Dee-12​,

       

      You're in the wrong section, but no worries, I’ve got your back! The option you’re after isn’t hiding under "Business Settings > Business Details." Instead, you’ll find it over in the Sales Settings area. Here’s how you can set it up step by step:

      • Click on Settings
      • Navigate to Sales Settings
      • In the Sales Settings section, find and click on Templates
      • Go to the Content section, then scroll all the way to the bottom to find the T&C field toggle

      For an even clearer view, I've added an image below. However, it might not sync automatically with the desktop version.
