Bulk email invoices Account Right Desktop to MYOB Business
I posted the below message 5 months ago. I received a reply from Janes at support saying that MYOB were looking into this problem. I have recently sent some test emails in MYOB Business when transferring from desk top Account Right to online MYOB Business. They appear to work but I would like some confirmation from MYOB . Would someone be able to advise me on this matter? I have been individually emailing 165 invoices each month via the desk top Account Right. It will be a big improvement if this can be done switching the same entity to on line from desk top to do this.

I have 3 companies I look after. 1 is exclusively on line MYOB Business and NZ based the other 2 are desk top Account Right and Australia based. I can easily bulk email out invoices with the exclusive on line MYOB Business N Z based entity. Now I know I cannot bulk email invoices from desktop Account Right as I do it individually. I know I can switch back and forth with my 2 desktop Account Right entities and on line MYOB Business. But when I switch the desk top entities to on line MYOB Business I would have thought that the bulk email of invoices would work for these entities but it does not. Does it not work in online MYOB business because these entites are also used in desktop Account Right and can this issue be resolved so that I can switch to online MYOB Business in order that invoices in the Account Right entities can be bulk emailed out?
