Customer name not showing

After completing an invoice I have noticed that when saved the customer name disappears comes up blank even though the rest of the details remain.

    Hi pippypip,

     

    There doesn't seem to be any reported issue similar to what you described. I recommend clearing your browser cache and checking if the invoice is linked to the correct customer. If it's not linked correctly, you may need to create a support ticket from the My Account page.

    You are not alone; it happens to me periodically. When I download the invoice, the name of the customer is shown correctly.,
