Hi everyone
I've had a customer advise me not to send them payment receipts. However, the system is doing it automatically when they pay from the invoice. Is there a way to disable it occuring automatically?

Are you using an Online Invoice payment? If you're using Online Invoice payment, there's no option to turn off the automatic sending of payment receipts. For more information, please visit this Help Article: Online Invoice Payments.
