EMAILS BOUNCING BACK

I have a client whose statements and invoices don't get delivered to his email anymore and he can't get any from other MYOB customers. The message is "Delivery Fail" Could not send to his email

    Hi LRBS,

     

    Seems like your client is experiencing an issue with email delivery failure. I can definitely help out by checking if their email address has been blacklisted. Please send me a private message with the affected email address and we'll get this sorted.
