Invoice notes not printing
Having trouble with invoice notes not printing onto the PDF invoice. What are we doing wrong?

Hi SWKS,
I totally get how challenging that is. You pop notes in and then poof, they don't show on the PDF. A couple of things to check first:
- Make sure you're adding the notes in the right field. Only the Invoice Notes (not internal/memo notes) will print on the invoice.
- Once you've set up your invoice notes, you can tick "Save as default" so it stick for all your new invoice moving forward.
If it's still not playing nice after that, best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They can take a closer look with you and get it sorted.
