Invoices not appearing in the "Print/Email Invoices"

Hello,

 

We have created invoices and for some reason they are not available to be emailed in the "Print/Email Invoices" window and it is the first time this has ever happened.

 

I have read a few other threads here reporting similar issues and have already checked the following:

1. Invoice delivery Status set "to be Printed" as usual;

2. Client's card is set to Sale Layout: Service and Invoice Delivery: To be Printed and Emailed

Would anyone know what is preventing them from appearing on the list to be invoices after filters are applied?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community forum!


    My apologies for the late response. We've identified that this issue may arise when the custom invoice form has invalid characters in its name. An example of an invalid character is found in the form name "ServiceInvoice#4". Please carefully review the names of your invoice forms, eliminate any invalid characters, and attempt the process again.
     

    Valid characters include 0-9, A-Z, &, -, /, and '.

    Invalid characters to avoid are "[ ] ! # $ % * ; = @ < > \ _ { } ^ ~ `".
