Question

In the old Myob the name for who the email was addressed to used to be filled automatically from the contacts file, this no longer happens and has to be written manually everytime. Please can you auto fill this again.&nbsp;

Would recommend checking out&nbsp;Set up default emails&nbsp;and ensuring that you have the required variable field such as&nbsp;{{customer_first_name}} in the email template.

Thank you, I just checked and it is written as that, however I think when you add a contact name in the contact's profile for a business it does not work?

The&nbsp;{{customer_first_name}} appears to be working as expected with my testing and pulling through the customer's first name on the contact record.Email:
