Managing customer subscriptions
Hi,
I have a business where people pay annually, and receive a quarterly box of goods. People can sign up at any time during the year so their subscriptions end at different times. Is there any way to manage this using MYOB? Currently they pay for the item (which is actually a bundle of four items, one for each quarter) through my Square website, and I track the details in Excel, but I really want something more streamlined than that. I also have a separate inventory management system, Evergreen Connect, that may be part of the answer.
I keep going around in circles with MYOB support contact details and haven't managed to speak to anyone as yet.
