Payment options needed on invoice template

I've been asked to create an invoice template and I'm finding the options very limited. I haven't even been able to add direct deposit payment details to the provided template. I've added a logo, but that's about it and I would like to make more changes to make the invoice look good. I'd like help please!

    Hi NimbinHelen

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties trying to edit your sales template. Unfortunately, the customization of MYOB Business for these templates are very limited, as you observed. If your goal is to add payment details to your invoices, this is not possible. Alternatively, you can read through this help article, Online Invoice Payments. This will provide another option for paying the invoices for your customers.

Also, I recommend posting your suggestion for the application in the MYOB Business Ideas Board. This will make your suggestion more visible to the development team.

Let us know if you require any further help.

    Thanks,
    Genreve

Thank you for your reply Genrev,

I barely know how to reply. How can the devs think that an invoice doesn't need bank deposit details?! Many, many businesses use direct deposit for their payments and are not able to use online payment options.

I appreciate you talking the time to confirm the issue.

        Hi NimbinHelen

        Thanks for the response.

I can't speak on behalf of the development and what they chose to prioritize, but I can confirm that they are working on the feature with the most impact on the most users. Unfortunately, this information is internal to them only.

Rest assured, any updates added will be posted in this article, MYOB Business Release Notes

Feel free to create a new thread if you need any other assistance.

        Thanks,
        Genreve
