Receive payments not working since MYOB upgrade 2024.4

Hi,

Has anyone else had this issue?  I'm not sure how to fix it. 

I am unable to open sales>receive payments but I can receive money through banking>receive money.

I am also able to receive sales payments through bank feeds, New>receive payments.  I did the required upgrade to 2024.4 and opened MYOB this morning to this issue.  I noted that there is now an online invoice payment button which is new.  Could this be the issue?  Any ideas?
