Set Up Invoice Payment Transaction Fees

Question

I have received the notice regarding the online invoice fees to be deducted from each invoice. I have followed the instructions to link the ledger account for the transaction fees.&nbsp; However, when the link takes me to the Online Payment Settings the ledger account to records merchant fees is not highlighting an account and will not allow me to manually enter an account. Can you please advise further. Thank you.
