Showing paid but not received payment

Any one using myob had this happen?

showing paid invoice but not receiving payments/payment into allocated account. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Dan (Dancook15)


    Thank you for your post. I recommend checking that the account is the same as that is set up in the linked accounts and updating it if needed.


    You can do this by going to; Accounting > Manage Linked Accounts > Sales > Bank account for customer receipts.
