Statements

Hi

After I send our statements, many of our clients are reporting just receiving a red diagonal line. When I resend the statement individually, the client receives it

    I understand that you're experiencing an issue where your clients are receiving a red diagonal line when you send out statements. This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. In the meantime, a potential workaround is to resize the logo or re-create your customized form, then try again to send the invoices to your clients. This has been found to resolve the issue for some users.
