Unable to delete Invoice

Hi. I have a Purchase Invoice on my MYOB Business that was synced from a trades management software (API). However, I am unable to delete nor edit this as it has the message "This bill is read only because it contains unsupported features. Switch to Accountright desktop to edit this bill."

I am unable to use nor move to Accountright. What is the soluton for this?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

    Sorry to hear that you were not able to delete and invoice. if the error occurs when creating a new invoice or deleting an invoice, please do try to reset the default setting by going to  Sales/Purchase Settings → Layout Hit save on the layout selection and the setting will be updated.

    Please do let us know how you go on this.
