Unable to Delete Template (Quotes and Invoices)

Hi,

 

I have just setup Myob for our small business. I have gone to Sales Settings - Templates and have setup some templates to use for invoicing/quoting.

 

I only need two different templates, with two different logos, so I am attempting to delete the templates I don't want but it keeps coming up with an error message NOT FOUND - THE RESOURCE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DOES NOT EXIST.

    After replicating the scenario on our end, we successfully deleted a template without encountering any issues. Furthermore, our records indicate no reported incidents related to this matter.

    To assist you in resolving this, kindly consider the following steps:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Log out of your MYOB account and log back in
    • Attempt to delete the template once again.

    Additionally, you may want to try using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
